Return Policy
Rental Returns
As a furniture rental service, all items are expected to be returned at the end of the rental period as specified in your rental agreement. Our pickup service ensures a smooth and convenient return process.
Scheduled Pickup
We will coordinate with you to schedule a pickup date and time that works for your schedule. Our team will arrive at the agreed time to collect the rental items. Please ensure that:
- All items are accessible and ready for pickup
- Someone is available to provide access to the rental location
- Items are in the same condition as when delivered (subject to normal wear and tear)
Condition of Returned Items
Rental items should be returned in the same condition they were received, allowing for normal wear and tear from typical residential use. Normal wear and tear includes:
- Minor scuffs or scratches consistent with normal use
- Light surface wear on upholstery
- Expected aging of materials
Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement fees as outlined in your rental agreement.
Early Returns
If you need to return items before the scheduled pickup date, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Early returns may be accommodated based on availability, but rental fees for the full rental period may still apply unless otherwise agreed.
Extension Requests
If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional rental fees. We recommend requesting extensions at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date.
Missing or Damaged Items
If any items are missing or damaged beyond normal wear and tear at the time of pickup, you will be notified and charges will be assessed according to the terms of your rental agreement. Charges may include:
- Repair costs for damaged items
- Replacement costs for lost or irreparably damaged items
- Cleaning fees for items requiring professional cleaning beyond normal maintenance
Inspection Process
Upon pickup, our team will inspect items for any damage or missing components. You will be notified immediately if any issues are found. We encourage you to be present during pickup to address any questions or concerns.
Refund Policy
Refunds for rental fees are available only in specific circumstances:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery
- Service failures on our part that prevent delivery or pickup
- Items that are significantly different from what was described or agreed upon
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the rental period end date.
