Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using our furniture rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Rental Services
We provide furniture rental services for temporary use in residential settings. All furniture remains our property and must be returned in the condition it was received, subject to normal wear and tear.
Rental Period
The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the pickup date as specified in your rental agreement. Extensions may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Payment Terms
Payment is required according to the terms specified in your rental agreement. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. Late payments may result in additional fees.
Use of Rental Items
Rental items must be used only for their intended purpose and in a manner consistent with normal residential use. The following are prohibited:
- Commercial use without prior authorization
- Modification or alteration of rental items
- Use in outdoor settings unless specifically authorized
- Subletting or transferring rental items to third parties
Damage and Loss
You are responsible for any damage to rental items beyond normal wear and tear. Damage fees will be assessed based on the extent of damage and repair or replacement costs. Loss of items will result in replacement charges.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup dates and times will be arranged in advance. You are responsible for ensuring access to the delivery location. Additional fees may apply for rescheduled deliveries or pickups.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to cancellation fees.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rental items.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
